Jordan Crane to retire at the end of the season.
He split the opinions of many but with 4 Premiership medals and over 200 Tigers caps he was a mainstay for the second half of Tigers success in the Pro era. Plus that kick to win the game against Cardiff of course!
Congrats to him on having a successful period with Bristol as well. Many viewed him as a spent force when he moved.
All the best in coaching Craner.

No doubt a loyal servant to English rugby, wishing you the best Jordan!
Formerly of Burbaaage (not Inkleh), now up north at uni
Re: Craner
Great servant for the club but often seemed very restricted in what he did under coaches instructions.
Played his best rugby on an England Saxons tour to North America possibly under Mallinder, when the blinkers seem to come off.
Never repeated that form in a Tigers shirt

Re: Craner
Solid into contact, secure at the base of the breakdown, multi talented but grossly under used by Cockerill's one dimensional game play, oh - and a superb penalty kicker!! (3/5/09). Hopefully his talents will transcend into his coaching career.
