Crept under the radar a little this one hasn’t it.
Biggest loss yet, for me, for Sarries, very much the heart and soul of the club.

Jamie Gibson has left Saints due to Covid limiting them.
With Taufua, Brink and Liebenberg quite possibly in the 12 higher paid players in contract disputes then come Tuesday evening we may be able to do a lot worse than Jamie for a season or two.
Blindsides who are a good lineout option will valuable under Borthwick judging by sides he's previously coached. Liebenberg and Lewis fit that bill well currently but if we lost Liebenberg then Gibson would fit Borthwick's style of forward play well.

I agree ABClub... Gibson hasn’t signed for anyone officially yet and is pursuing options both “inside and outside of rugby”.

Tough timing for Gibson with Adendorff and Isiekwe (albeit on loan) having joined.
I was chatting to a Saints fan about it earlier and he made the point that if you rewind to when Gibson last signed I think a lot of their supporters felt he might replace Tom Wood's place in the squad longer term. At that point Wood's injuries seemed to be catching up with him and some thought he may retire but he's found fitness and some really strong form this season to be fair, hence Saints re-signing him.

Gibson didn't "fit in" last time he was here. Why would things be different if we re-signed him?
Tigers for the premiership and European Cup. Get behind the team and make some noise!!

It wasn't just Cockers. My contact at the time said half the first XV.
Leicester Tigers 1995-
Nottingham 1995-2000
Swansea (Whites) 1988-95
A game played on grass in the open air by teams of XV.

Half of that first XV aren’t still here, are they? It’s only the Youngs brothers, Cole, Manu left out of the 14/15 senior squad.

Players already had the ear of management and the Board by then.

Word on the street at the Stoop is watching for Tuilagi there!!!
This seasons leavers are going to be leaving the game as there just are not the vacancies about - look at our leavers Sione Kalamafoni and others still have no place to earn a crust.
To the world you may be just one person.
But to that one person you may be the world!

Kalamafoni has signed for Scarlets, Angus. Meant to be a pretty healthy contract too.
Thompstone is currently at a loose end it would seem, sadly. As is Gaston Cortes.
I hope that the academy/dev squad leavers (Eveleigh, Lines, Jordan and Gilliland) can find championship clubs.
Joe Thomas will presumably be picked up by a region needing centre cover as he won't cost much.
I'd guess Viljeon will go to France, perhaps a D2 club but not heard any rumours on him yet.

Northampton Saints confirm 19 senior players have agreed to amended contracts going forwards. Lawes and Biggar included.
