Sounds like Sonatane Takulua is moving to Toulon with immediate effect. Hammer blow for Falcons if true. Micky Young will do the job to get them promoted but is nothing on Takulua who is a brilliant and often underrated scrum-half.

Always thought he could have done a job here at Leicester.As you say both talented and underrated - a great combination if you can get such a player in situ.

Clearly not that underrated if he's been grabbed to replace Webb. He was very good for Falcons I'm sure a few clubs would have been keeping an eye on him.

Cameron Redpath has left Sale with immediate effect to join Bath on a three year contract. Bath apparently paid up the final few months of his contract to get him early. He's a young talent and versatile but couldn't get up the Sale pecking order. Burns and a couple of the Bath centres are out of contract this summer, Jamie Roberts has already gone so good move for Bath potentially.
