Congrats to Andrea.
Also heartening to see Pat Howards' recommendations are being taken seriously.
All the best to you Andrea.
And did the byline commit MF to the coaching system? Full time/Part time - consultancy????

Yes congratulations to Andrea who has been excellent in every role she has fulfilled at Tigers and is also a very nice person, great to seen a good worker getting on, I am sure she makes a very valuable contribution as the only female Director on the Board.

Congratulations to her! Wonder if that's a first step in the demise of Cohen?

I’m sure she’d have done just as good a job if she wasn’t the only female Director on the Board as well.johnthegriff wrote: ↑Thu Aug 15, 2019 4:57 pm Yes congratulations to Andrea who has been excellent in every role she has fulfilled at Tigers and is also a very nice person, great to seen a good worker getting on, I am sure she makes a very valuable contribution as the only female Director on the Board.
Re: Andrea Pinchen
I am sure she is very competent but the avalanche of 'non Coaching/Playing' appointments this Summer slightly worries me . We seem to have lost none of the old bureaucrats and gained quite a few more on considerable salaries no doubt . I suspect that those with changed titles/responsibilities will retain their existing salaries and the next Annual Accounts will make interesting reading.
To me the only really important thing is to see a rapid improvement on the playing side and I am quite sceptical about all this 'reshuffling of the deckchairs'

Other than promotions(this)/changes to job spec (Glynn) can count one, and I don’t think a guy with a proven track record in player recruitment can be classed as a bureaucrat.MikeR wrote: ↑Fri Aug 16, 2019 8:13 am I am sure she is very competent but the avalanche of 'non Coaching/Playing' appointments this Summer slightly worries me . Hardly an avalanche.
