Too simple.
Leicester Tigers 1995-
Nottingham 1995-2000
Swansea (Whites) 1988-95
A game played on grass in the open air by teams of XV.

I've seen it in practice in rugby union this year and it was barely attempted. When it was, it wasn't always successful. Bringing in the 50-22 law ans getting rid of kicking out on the full from inside the 22 significantly reduced the amount of kicking for territory in GRR games this season. Ball-in-play time was apparently over 20% higher compared to Super Rugby this year, due in part to these changes.
