Afternoon all, just read it’s 75 days till the start of the World Cup in Japan.

Will start things off with who I would pick in England’s 31, don’t expect Eddie to agree with me though.

Surprised that Ludlam and Shields ahead of Dombrant, who I thought was head and shoulders over those pair!

Particularly with only 1 specialist 8 namedhappywomble wrote: ↑Mon Jul 08, 2019 2:50 pm Surprised that Ludlam and Shields ahead of Dombrant, who I thought was head and shoulders over those pair!
Re: World Cup Squads
Having one 8 is dangerous, especially since Vunipola has a long list of injuries, I guess Eddie Jones is expecting Wilson to cover but I would still prefer someone like Morgan.

Re: World Cup Squads
He persevered with Hughes when Billy was last injured so he doesn't really have any tried and tested options to call upon, it does just seem all plans are based on Billy staying fit. A bit like the old midfield plans of previous coaches of waiting for Manu to come back.
