Anyone catch the Bulls yesterday, Liebenberg play? Taufua on bench for Crusaders.

Shocking defence by Hayley-Petty, completely switched off.

Apologies it was Jason Jenkins who scored, but the commentators said it was Liebenberg.

Some very nice rugby being played. Noticeable determination to keep the ball alive.

Serious question. Full strength both at their best who wins,Crusaders or Sarries?

Sarries. I think they have the more pragmatic game. Be hellish close though. Its a game that should be played for sure.

I think it's a toss up,play each other 10 times it would probably be 5-5. Interesting you say pragmatic but the Crusaders are by far NZ most pragmatic team but they can cut lose when they want. Fundamentally like Sarries they are superb.

Sevu Reece has not made himself available for Fiji because I guess he wants to see whether the All Blacks pick him, I believe he qualifies on residency. Also if he gets selected for Fiji he would have to move clubs as NZ has strict rules on the number of foreign internationals in their squads (that might be Super Rugby as a whole).

Crusaders for me would just about get the better of Sarries. What a game that would be.

It's a shame there isn't a world club championship. I expect most rugby fans would love one.

We did debate whether our league was competitive or poor. Well if we had a world league of 12 with 4 GP,4 Top14 and 4 SR sides the only team we would have which would even get in the top 4 let alone win it is Sarries imo. Exeter were our second best team by a gigantic margin and they can't even get out of their European group and this would be a step up.
After watching all three leagues this season I'd put a wedge on Sarries,Crusaders and Jaguares getting in the playoffs,I'm stuck on the 4th though. Any ideas?
Let's call it Sarries,Chiefs,Gloc,Saints
Crusaders,Los Jaguares,Hurricanes,Bulls and Toulouse,Racing,Clermont,La Rochelle.
Just a bit of fun.
