Do posters feel neutral grounds would make the games more of a competition or would the same results have ensued

No, both Exeter and Saracens deserved the home advantage as they finished higher in the league than Gloucester and Saints. The latter two should have been more competitive during the season.

No. The top 2 deserve their home advantage.
The big score gap shows the gap between the quality of the sides. Exeter and Saracens are far ahead of the other 10 teams. Everyone else is at a similar standard.
