Telusa Veainu
I see that he's on the bench for tomorrow's Shield match. Didn't expect him to be back until next season. If he really is match fit, he'll be a Godsend for our end-of-season games.

Re: Telusa Veainu
He will hopefully get some game time, but it will probably be from the bench, rather than a full 80 minutes.

Great news to hear he is ready to start again and YES we need him for the next vital games.

I have long considered him to be the most naturally gifted players to wear a Tigers shirt (since 1953 anyway) and how could we not miss him? His recovery has been long and drawn out but if you have ever broken a bone in your foot you will know where he is at. Let us hope that the medical staff know what they are doing and can get him back to his best, which is a joy to watch.
Good luck Telusa.
Good luck Telusa.

What sort of side did Saints turn out? Sounds like a good game.

Re: Telusa Veainu
Same age as me, in 1958. I just loved the game, and it was the start for me of many happy years of playing. Fly half was my one and only position.
Re: Telusa Veainu
We called it "stand off" in England, My distant Welsh relations called it "fly half" and we always thought that term a bit fanciful or even wet and took the Mick out of them.
