There's nothing on any site that I can see BUT BBC sport sent a flash message that came through to tablet.

Mind you, it's the BBC so I won't read much into it being nowhere else

The game is probably showing as postponed because it has been re-arranged for the Friday night.

Maybe TV people wanting to extract every ounce of excitement from the end of season. Don't know if the match was always going to be televised

The BBC Sport website often does this - their default fixture list is all matches are scheduled for 3pm on a Saturday. Then along comes another broadcaster who will be televising the games and they "dictate" when matches will actually be played. BBC Sport then show the Saturday fixture as "postponed" when actually it is played on a Friday or Sunday.
I'm sure we've had it on our fixture list for a few weeks, if not months, with a Friday evening kick-off.

This is what confused me, thought it was a Friday for awhile...could be wrong.

Tigers has, I believe, tickets for the game: Friday night and on BT.
Cannot remember which game, but earlier in the season the BBC did a similar thing.
As we don’t play well on Friday nights maybe we’ve asked for a postpone citing “ fair play” rules!!

It would be a bit annoying if you had booked your wedding for half-time on the Saturday :smt005
