Don't use instant gramme or whatever it is so not seen them, but totally out of order and yes such things should be reported to the platform owner and the police.
Nowadays referees decide matches, players by how much.

I’d echo all of you, utterly deplorable.
As an aside can I suggest the club speak to the police. Social media posts are now used as evidence in criminal cases, the old and new Data Protection Acts assist this with this, (i’ve had the pleasure of seeing someone convicted for their abhorrent statements). It’s time to stamp this behaviour out once and fore all.
