Reffell is young and hungry, and Blommetjies hasn't played much rugby. They'd maybe only last 50 minutes, but I feel they both would put far more effort into the performance then Williams and A. N. Other at fullback.

Whilst you may be right I suspect they will both be on the bench at best

Yeah, I have a feeling you are right. Probably May at FB with Olowofela on the wing, and the same back row that started the Exeter game.kpj tiger wrote: ↑Tue Apr 09, 2019 3:38 pmWhilst you may be right I suspect they will both be on the bench at best

Owen? I'd rather Olowofela or even throw caution into the wind and give one of the academy their debut.Jimmy Skitz wrote: ↑Tue Apr 09, 2019 3:43 pmManu with Owen at 13, having the 2nd player maker at 12 hasn't been working try something a little different, plus he played well there for England

No way! That backrow gets burned on plastic, can see the thinking v Chiefs but BoC and Guy must both start v Newcastle. Preferably Fitz at blindside.

Yes Owen shouldn't even be in the 23!

I don't think Smith would be fit enough, we need to stop chucking returnees straight into starts, I'm not Wed to Owen he was pretty much the only other centre I could think ofTTRITH wrote: ↑Tue Apr 09, 2019 3:45 pmOwen? Solid, but probably Sarto for J Ford on the bench for me. Fly half cover with Toomua. Sarto would be more realistic back three cover than Smith.Spicer wrote: ↑Tue Apr 09, 2019 6:24 pm 15. Jordan Olowofela

Regardless, I’ll be there in the South stand!

If I see Kitchener and/or Williams in the starting XV I'll scream!

So Wells and Smith are both fit for the Newcastle game. Would be tempting for Murphy to stick them straight back into the XV. They won’t let anyone down, unlike some players on the leaving list.
