If you're going to play Fitzgerald then go at 6 with Wells at 5.

I thought Worth is injured? Along with Veainu, Holmes and Thompstone. The back three is down to bare bones.

I'd put May at full back. He's played there before for Gloucester and his high ball work has improved out of sight. If Sarto is fit then I'd take a punt on his extra experience on the right wing.

May played fullback for us twice last year I think, definitely once at the London Irish game.

Is Will Evans injured? Tigers are sorely lacking pace in the back-row.

The magnitude of this game is quite frightening.

Kerr, Wells and Thompson have to come into the starting pack. All bring grit and determination that we’ll need against Newcastle.

Do we know who's fit and who's not for this game?

I'd bring in, fitness permitting, Worth, Sarto, White, Wells, Thompson and Evan's straight into that starting side.

Dont think it'll make much difference though, plastic pitches and Friday nights are not good omens for us.

Only one side scored less tries than us in the league and our attack looked better yesterday... there is hope.

Bench the leavers - they are adding nothing.
As stated KERR and co.should start and give us a fire in the belly and play for as long as possible to allow consistency.
At least they showed they wanted to play against Chiefs.

Can forgive them for a little inexperience at this level, they will be forged in the fire very few have experienced in a Tigers shirt.
I'd sooner that than the woeful efforts that the leavers showed, missed tackles intercept ready passes and moving around the paddock going through the motions like carthorses.

It worries them not where Tigers are next season and it shows. :smt018 :smt018

I would really like to see all the leavers dropped. However, we need to be realistic. With whom would we replace them that has experience? Four games to go in reality gives us no chance of relying on raw recruits. It's a ghastly position to be in, especially with confidence all but eroded. :smt022

Yes - a touch of realism is required. Mind you, in the event of us being 'safe' for the last game (or two), I'd happily drop all leavers - I'm quite happy to finish 11th!
