Think we should go after Sonatane Takula as well, biggest quads in the prem (not that it matters), generally good box-kicker, ept and quality back up kicker off the tee and is an experienced international who will only be away potentially for four weeks tops a season in the autumn. And that’s a big if.
He's a good player who makes a big difference to Falcons but scrum half isn't a position to worry about at the moment. He signed a four year extension with Falcons at the start of last season as well.
I'm more than happy seeing how Simmons and White kick on, plus there are a lot of scrum halfs in the academy at the moment.

Well he would certainly stir the place up! He could well have the same impact as Bob Dwyer, no Dwyer no Deano success, he made us a professional outfit way in front of other English teams.
To win is not as important as playing with style!

Why don’t Tigers make a piece of good history and aquire the services of Rocky Clark when she retires, internationally retired and doesn’t have long left on the club scene, where I think she is a player-coach for Worcester Valkryies. Women’s Rugby legend, very analytical. Just an idea!

Jp14 agreed, would still love to see Ben Ryan brought in as attack or skills coach too

Struth, after promising us that Tigers were scouring the globe for a world class DOR and wasting bucketfuls of cash on MOC and Murphy the BOD have finally read the writing on the wall.
Big problem is because of the above stuff ups we do not have the dosh to sign a world class DOR that we must have?
Without hope we are nothing, keep the faith, a Tiger for eternity

What's that smell? The same smell that linked us with marquee locks?
This has all the hallmarks of a rumour leaked by the BoD to try to appease the fans until it "falls down at the last hurdle."
Waiting for the links with Gatland, Townsend, Hansen, etc. And then probably appoint Ford.

Who knows, maybe it’s felt that he is the sort of abrasive character to sort out the player power, though if we were winning player power wouldn’t be an issue.
He is known for falling out with players and fellow coaches, Stephen Larkham being the most recent

Just to add a little to the rumour mill. It would appear from their individual Instagram feeds that Ellis Genge and Jack Nowell are holidaying at the same place.
Wonder where he’s off to season after next, nice and close to Bristol too
I think Gengey and Nowellsy are mates. I don’t think there’s anything in it

He's big, tough, mean and available most of the year, I'm sold! Bit of a penalty machine if I remember rightly but I'm sick of seeing our forwards bullied at the breakdown, we need somebody with a bit of steel in them.

We need some uncompromising players in the pack. Him and Taufua will give us that in the forwards and bring back some menace.

Outside of Etzebeth, if settled Lavanini could be as good a signing as any South African lock in my opinion.
Leicester do need some bruisers.

Wouldn’t be surprised if we were looking at another no.8 too. Denton has featured mainly at 6 this season plus I imagine Mapapalangi is leaving.
