No we haven't got the best squad or even one with any spirit left and a trainee as head coach who is well out of his depth. BoD need to go now, they are a Plc and have clearly failed to deliver over many years now, game over.

A clear out might not solve it immediately but it does not mean it should not happen. In business if you fail year after year, and performance slips and slides backwards, with no plan to put things right, then those at the top have to go.

This lot have presided over a decline that has been going on for five years now. They have had ample opportunity to demonstrate that they can reverse the decline, but sadly they have singularly failed. I have not yet heard any of them admit there is a problem or that they accept any responsibility for the current debacle.

That being the case the lot of them need to go, and people with new ideas need to come in. It might not work immediately, it might not work at all. But doing the same thing over and over with the same mob at the top and expecting a different result is surely the definition of complete idiocy.

With respect to all users, there have been calls for the youngsters to be given chances. Geordan has done this and signed them up. Players are leaving and new signings have not really been announced....I doubt that they are just clearing out and expect to hear of new signings when the time is right....we can moan, scream and shout but this is the current hand that we have been dealt and cannot make any significant changes for this season....lets hope that they can get the performances and results in the remainder of the season.

You really think it will be any better next season? Dream on. I'll call it now - it will be just more of the same and if the other clubs at the bottom find some form I can see the trip down the M1 the season after being to Bedford.
