What would you say?
I've just seen a clip of Cipriani talking on Rugby Tonight and he spoke about a game where Ackermann brought 2 fans in from the stand to talk to the team before a match.
It got me thinking, what would you say if you were given this opportunity with Tigers?

Catch the ball, then don't drop the ball.
Re: What would you say?
Do you want me to come and show you some lineout drills,I have junior coaching experience

Re: What would you say?
You do know our line out is pants - ever thought about taking the scrum , which isn’t so pants, when we get a penalty in the 22?
Re: What would you say?
I wouldn’t be so stupid as to go on a rant if I had this opportunity, whilst I would love to give my own lineout expertise in times like this it would be great to show the team backing and support.

Re: What would you say?
Although your reply (though expected from people on here) wouldn't be helpful to the team, I'd say taking 3 points is even better than a scrum.Greenwhiteandred wrote: ↑Wed Jan 30, 2019 11:56 pm You do know our line out is pants - ever thought about taking the scrum , which isn’t so pants, when we get a penalty in the 22?

Re: What would you say?
I wonder if these 2 fans he brought in had thick Afrikaans accents and happened to have coaching experience in SA?
Re: What would you say?
I'd say not baring in mind one was 13 years old. He and his grandad spoke about what Gloucester Rugby meant to them and how they enjoy going to the games. It would be interesting to see which match it was and whether they won!RagingBull wrote: ↑Thu Jan 31, 2019 9:11 am I wonder if these 2 fans he brought in had thick Afrikaans accents and happened to have coaching experience in SA?

Cor ain't it small in here!!!!!
Re: What would you say?
Why are we incapable of remedying the same basic errors that we repeat each match throughout the season?
Why are we incapable of line out consistency?
Why do we kick possession away so much?
Why do we only play one up runners?
Why is our attack so static?

Without hope we are nothing, keep the faith, a Tiger for eternity

To answer the question I guess I would ask them what their perfect Sunday would be?

" Now look here chaps, the jolly old fans need something to cheer about don't you know? Today we give it to them.
George and Ben, no more crafty fags during a scrum. Brendon, Mike and Graham, no more taking phone calls during the match. Ellis, no more curries before the game, and you can stop laughing Manu, smoke that weed when the game is over"

I would ask "If someone at Tigers had the job title of Head of Rugby Operations, and they'd been in. role for five years, what would underperformance look like?"
