I do agree that things had stagnated somewhat under Cockerill, but do we remeber the quality of the team?

Manu stuck in long term injury, with the likes of Seremia Bia as our starting inside centre, and Loamanu starting. I seem to remember there being little help from the board in opening up the wallet aswell.

Im not suggesting we should have kept him but in retrospect the combination of DOR Cockerill and attack coach Murphy sound pretty dangerous.

I think we can all agree decision making from the board has been attrocious.

The huge mess was created by the way Mauger was treated and then the appointment of O’Connor.. I think Murphy is the right choice but it isn’t going to happen overnight.
Will the ney sayers give him the time

I totally agree it will not happen over night but more importantly it will not happen without support of the board and their wallet, we need to get a class squad not just a starting 15
