Re: Gloucester 23
I'd be sticking with BY at scrum half, White hasn't done anything special but if he was to get injured and then BY goes off with England for the 6N and Harrison isn't fit then...
Re: Gloucester 23
A must win next week, both Wuss and Newcastle win their games imo

Re: Gloucester 23
Reasons to be optimistic - A colleague of mine is a Gloucester season ticket holder. Despite them doing well in the premiership, he was very worried throughout December about the situation with their front and second rows. Fielded Academy players for their props and hooker replacements in their last European game due to injuries. Several locks also out injured. If this continues for next weekend then I hope/expect our pack to give us a strong platform to work off. Ford, Manu and Jonny May all played well today too.
I was there...

Yeah good idea let's hope Newcastle and Wuss win! What if we lose to Gloc?!

There’s no fool like an old fool. The writing is on the wall. Whilst there is improvement, it is not enough. 6N will find us out. Very sad.
Re: Gloucester 23
I’d go with this backrow
6 Reffell
7 Evans
8 O’Connor
with Denton on the bench fingers crossed.

Re: Gloucester 23
I too, hope David Denton is available. For me this is a must win game, that will prove just how much. if any, we have actually improved.
Yesterday's game at Bath showed some improvement. The defence was again suspect, and Bath kept the ball in hand for long periods, denying us the opportunity to go forward to any decent degree.
Let's hope we are up for it against Gloucester.

Re: Gloucester 23
Yes it is a must win because I think Wuss and Newcastle will both win at home to Bath and Quin's respectively. Lose and we are bang in trouble with some very tough fixtures coming up.

Re: Gloucester 23
Eastmond is back and for me should start over Toomua who’s head doesn’t seem to be in the game this season. Hopefully Denton will be fit as we’ve massively missed him.
