Plus Mike Williams going, I see him as another one who will come back and bite usLeicestertinytiger wrote: ↑Tue Jan 22, 2019 10:11 am+1
Doesn’t inspire confidence that we haven’t anounced anyone yet. Obviously wish to be proven wrong but given previous past form in recruitment, could be in for a disappointment.

Personally I think it was a good decision in letting him go. Hasn’t been up to standard sadly for the last 2 seasons.Chobbsy wrote: ↑Tue Jan 22, 2019 10:36 amPlus Mike Williams going, I see him as another one who will come back and bite usLeicestertinytiger wrote: ↑Tue Jan 22, 2019 10:11 am+1

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2018/19 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 4
Tigers do not make early announcements for a good reason. Leaving announcements until the last moment allows some players to be signed under the agreement that covers long term injuries. This effectively allows signings beyond the salary cap.
This is not to say that agreements have been reached with future signings, but pen will not be put to paper until the last minute.
Valhalla I am coming!

Tigers normally make an announcement from the Hospital bed of the player they are signing....

Because Jan is depressing enough, then add to that us being very poor this season and out of Europe embarrassed yet again and did I say Jan is depressing?Hot_Charlie wrote: ↑Tue Jan 22, 2019 1:26 pmSo impatient. Can’t see why we need to jump on the bandwagon of other clubs and announce everything as soon after Jan 1st as possible.
On the plus side the six nations is only a couple of weeks away

We’ll hear announcements in the next couple of weeks, nobody’s impatience on here merits a sooner announcement, it could even prolong it.
