Piecing together things I've heard from people who are in the know I think we may be signing Jaco Taute from Munster (I also could be completely wrong)

A Munster friend once told me Peter Stringer was on his way...

Excellent news. The kind of player I'd like to see us sign. Can play centre and fullback, decent football skills and a bit of a unit.

If that was the 6 I’d be hugely impressed. Stunned, but hugely impressed.
That’s a bruiser second row and perhaps an explosive wing/fullback short of a significantly better balanced squad.

Edit: In the instance we were to announce a handful, I’d expect the calibre to be more Callum Chick than Kwagga Smith...

I still think the Du Preez brothers are going to Sale next season but if they come to Tigers I'd be very happy and if we are to announce 6 signings I would imagine they would have to be part of it from what we have heard so far, Also from what I gather Taute is being signed/targeted instead of Reid and Leatiagaga would be part of the 6

I'll also add I've seen it inferred that 3 signings are to be announced pretty soon (Taute, Leatiagaga and Green), i'd not heard about 6

I haven't heard the number 6.
I reckon it might even be slightly more than 6.

I don't know I imagine the majority of our signings are not completed.

Maybe 6 to be announced including re-signings I could see being true.

Does anyone know what the hooker situation looks like? Do we expect to see Stevens and McMillan move on at the end of the season? With the emergence of Kerr, surely at least one of them is surplus to requirements...

McMillan will almost certainly be off, Stevens I expect to stay

Suppose it depends on the TPN situation. If he stays, no need for Kerr, Stevens and McMillan, probably two to go, you’d assume Kerr would be the one to stay. However, if TPN goes home, perhaps only McMillan also leaves.

I'm still hearing that the Du Preez brothers are going to Sale, that said I don't think we will know until we hear officially from Tigers or Sale
