Why would Evans go to Quins for game time, if Quins sign Kwagga Smith?

I've only seen smith linked to Quins via RIL, everywhere else saying to the prem.

Another skilful player who has barely played any rugby over the past 2 seasons due to injury and illness. I don’t understand how people say we will miss players who have barely appeared.
If he does go and Mr Partridge seems pretty certain, there must be some back rowers coming in with O’Connor and Williams rumoured to be off too

Guy Thompson has been our best 7 by a country mile imho.
At Quins, if he does go, there is Robshaw, Wallace, Clifford to compete with for the 7 shirt as Dumbrandt is becoming undroppable
