Thanks for sharing this RB. Interesting article.

Maybe there's hope for us yet. It says Toulouse embrace chaos and thrive on imperfection. There's certainly enough of those at Tigers at the moment. :smt003

Joking aside we have some of the elements mentioned already here. For Kolbe and Ramos substitute Veainu and May. In the pack we have Genge, Kerr, Gigena, Heyes, Wells plus others to feed through from our under 20 players. In the backs we have White and Hardwick who must be used as the regular back up for Youngs and Ford so that they develop their undoubted potential. A fit Manu, despite what others may think, is still a world beater and must be retained. Add in the likes of Thompson, Denton, Spencer plus some gnarly old warriors like Dan Cole and Tom Youngs plus an experienced ex All Black or South African or two and things start to look better.

The most interesting point is what happened to Guy Noves. Should we bring in a really experienced, strong, but non-Tigers connected head coach with their own vision and move Geordan in to Glynn's role? Or is yet another change of head coach too disruptive? It might just be a case of bringing someone in who says "this is my vision those of you who don't buy into it, no matter how well you are connected here, are free to leave." Or does that just perpetuate the frustrations expressed in the Ellis Genge article about valuing what we already have? Most interesting question of all does our board have the necessary courage to do something like this and be prepared to embrace the risks that go with it?
Tigers for the premiership and European Cup. Get behind the team and make some noise!!
