As Cockers says Tigers need some stability, and Murphy needs to be given adequate support. Let's hope so!
Fascinating interview. Like a lot of people he talks about Mauger being sacked whilst the board claim he was only ever interim. Also, Cockers is very good at defending his position and clearly it suits him to suggest the bosses don't know what they are doing. Not saying he's wrong merely that he's not totally impartial. Either way it's been a rocky couple of years and we can only hope Murphy can pull things back together. The board will clearly get slated if they don't give him some time and support - and so from the point of view he's in a better place than his predecessors.

I agree with your observations, ourla. I hope you're right about the board giving Geordan the time and support he needs and don't react with a knee-jerk sacking if we get a couple of bad results.
