Owen can cover 10, 12, 13, and 15 (and has played a bunch of professional rugby across them) - so he's actually a good person to have in the 22/23 shirt.Leicestertinytiger wrote: ↑Wed Sep 19, 2018 12:00 pm I imagine if Eastmond is fit, he’ll go straight to 12 with Owen dropping out the 23. Sounds harsh but Hardwick and Olowfela can cover more positions off the bench.
Hoping Holmes is at 14. Plus I imagine Fitzgerald and Williams will be the second row pairing, they have played together there beginning of 2017 season I think.

No we have 1 out of 3, we are at home, we need a good win and we don't want to do the normal, go ahead swap out all the subs and let them back in to the game, go for the win 100% for the whole matchourla wrote: ↑Tue Sep 18, 2018 4:36 pm Warriors are seriously down in the dumps. Three successive losses, two at home, against teams who didn't play to their best. They sit bottom of the table with their next two matches away to Tigers and Exeter Chiefs.
Refereeing will be Luke Pearce assisted by Greg Macdonald and Wayne Falla and TMO Geoff Warren.
TBP before half time and then bring on the kids?

Yes Voss, he can be recalled anytime, and he has started all 3 games for Cov at lock so is at least match fit.JP14 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 20, 2018 6:56 amVoss?RagingBull wrote: ↑Wed Sep 19, 2018 6:49 pm Reckon it will be the same Starting XV with Wells for Williams

Murphy pointing towards Kitchener being fit for the weekend on RL.
Guess it would be preferred to start him from the bench but could either Wells or Williams run the lineout? That may force Kitch to start?

Re: Tigers v Warriors
We've got to go with our strongest team. Need a victory to keep things ticking along. Worcester aren't looking very cohesive at the minute but they are physical and not without pace and skill in the backs. They won't be pushovers.
It would be nice to see some rotation but I'm not sure we've got the resources for that.

Assume Hardwick might have picked up something?
Re: Tigers v Warriors
Pretty much the team I was expecting I thought if Kitchener and eastmond were fit they’d come back in. Would have rather Hardwick kept his place as I feel joe ford premiership level, hope veainus injury isn’t to serious and it just do to his nose hes being rested although great to see Holmes and olowofela getting starts.kpj tiger wrote: ↑Fri Sep 21, 2018 12:03 pm Leicester Tigers (v Worcester Warriors, Welford Road, Sunday 3.00pm)

Also interesting that Cortes is back but not Toomua or nau, maybe Cortes isn’t going back for the other rounds of the championship.

Re: Tigers v Warriors
Would have liked to have seen Harry Wells start but I guess Kitch is there to run the lineout. Assume Hardwick has a knock plus Telusa? Great to see Jordan at 15 - his preferred place. No Aussies to be seen - I thought they were back?
Happy days clearing straw from the pitch before the Baa-Baas games! KBO

Re: Tigers v Warriors
Prsumably we don't know if Thompstone and Veainu are carrying knocks or just rested. Regardless it's good to see Olowofela ad Holmes getting a start. I thought Kitchener was playing well second half of last season so hopefully he can do a decent job. A repeat of last weeks performance should be good enough but obviously conceding less points whilst maintaining that attacking threat is what we want to see.

No Mapapalangi, I think we have missed a trick not having him in the match day squad enough, him running at tired defences with some of those amazing off loads he can give.kpj tiger wrote: ↑Fri Sep 21, 2018 12:03 pm Leicester Tigers (v Worcester Warriors, Welford Road, Sunday 3.00pm)
