He left because he needed game time, it’s been great that the game time has given him the limelight that has fallen upon him at Falcons. If he comes back, great!

all depends on what you read.voice of the crumbie wrote: ↑Fri Dec 21, 2018 4:03 pmBoth weigh 18st 4lb. Callum is 6ft 4in and Ed 6ft 5in.LE18 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 21, 2018 3:28 pmWith a name like yours, tinytiger, very appropriate!Leicestertinytiger wrote: ↑Fri Dec 21, 2018 3:22 pm
Who cares how tall, would take either of them back here in a heartbeat. Would walk back into the XV engine room.
Wiki says 18st 4, Falcons say 18st 7.

That's just a extra sausage or two at breakfast, no?

If this continues we will soon have Goneva, Slater and Cockers back.
Without hope we are nothing, keep the faith, a Tiger for eternity

Tom Varndell being mentioned by the Mail as a possible injury dispensation for Veainu. Reportedly being released by his ProD2 club in France.
As for Calum Green, as Smurph said at the fans forum, he left because at the time he was nowhere near good enough for 1st XV rugby at Tigers. Several years later he’s developed in his time at Leeds and Falcons. If he comes back, great.

I really hope this doesn't block Harry Wells development as a player as I really do think he has the potential to be an outstanding Tigers player.

The Mail also saying we’ve been offered Jonathan Joseph for 350k a year. Not sure there’s much in that or the Varndell rumour. Page fillers

If Varndell is being released from his contract with Soyaux Angoulême, a mid-table club in ProD2, he certainly shouldn’t be of interest to an up and coming top 6 Premiership side!

TRP saying we and Saints are in talks with Chick from Falcons.
Good player but honestly with the back row options coming up would rather we targeted a proper out and out 8 than another 6/8.

Can see why Murphy wants Reid.
Very much in the Toomua style but on a more budget friendly version.
Makes sense IMO if he wants a playmaker 12 then he needs to have more than just the one player who can play there.
Came on and controlled the game really well v Connacht, his pass in the lead up to Leavy try was spot on, in fact in his 17 minuites on the pitch he threw
saying that imagine a Aki/Manu midfield!

I am 99% certain that I saw Varndell outside the ground after the Quins game.Hot_Charlie wrote: ↑Sun Dec 23, 2018 12:35 am Tom Varndell being mentioned by the Mail as a possible injury dispensation for Veainu. Reportedly being released by his ProD2 club in France.
