guess two options are
1. Ma'afu
3. Cole
17. Gigena
18. Faeo
or
1. Faeo
3. Cole
17. Ma'afu
18. Heyes

Hopefully Bateman might be fit.

So this "outside international window" doesn't exist then on rest weekends during the RC and it's up to the club and player to strike a deal because I haven't heard a stitch from PLR as regards to fines coming Sales way?

Maafu might be a decent shout in this game with Williams out,Francis isn't a top scrummsger and Cole always beasts Hepburn. Personally I would start Feao and attack their scrum from minute one!

True but I'm just really searching for complete clarification on this. I remember Saints and Bath getting fined for North and Faletau but that was the AIs. A poster on here remarked that we "have" to bring back TPN and Toomua during rest weekends because it was classed as outside international window and we would be risking PLR wrath. But look at the Faf situation. So what is the definitive answer, anyone know 100%?

Ma’afu might be injured so I’m thinking we’ll be seeing:
1 Fe’ao
2 OTY
3 Coley

16 Stevens/TPN (He is back but is it fair on the bloke to play him??)
17 Gigena
18 Heyes
Formerly of Burbaaage (not Inkleh), now up north at uni

32 years old and not called since 2012. I'm guessing his call up wasn't anticipated.

Saints were fined because they let North go outside of the test window. This is a different scenario in that these are sanctioned test windows so any players have to be released by the club.

It Oz were to play a game this weekend and Tigers released Toomua then we would be fined. It is all a bit of a mess and shows why World Rugby could do with bringing the world calendar into line somehow - I don't think it will happen though

Louw playing for Bath this weekend.
No one mentioning it though, but with Tigers the press made a biggish thing about how reckless it is, he even played the whole 80 last week.
