I really like the look of Olowefela and see him as the better prospect compared to Ibitoye who seems to be getting more love!

I have said this before and was shouted down. IMHO Ibitoye will be another Wade, Olowefela is a much more rounded footballer

Young but talented front row, followed by a very powerful back 5, good mixture of young and experienced players in the backline. Lot’s of seniors on the bench to get them back into the mixture of things.

1. Owen Hills (senior)
2. Jake Kerr (senior)
3. Joe Heyes (development)
4. Cameron Jordan (development)
5. Will Spencer (senior)
6. Sione Kalamafoni (senior)
7. ©️Brendan O’Connor (senior)
8. Fred Tuilagi (senior)
9. Harry Simmons (development)
10. Tom Hardwick (development)
11. Jonah Holmes (senior)
12. George Worth (Senior)
13. Mathew Tait (senior)
14. Adam Thompstone (devlopment)
15. Jordan Olowofela (development)

T.Youngs, Stevens, Grahamslaw, Gigena, Cortes, Bateman, Fitzgerald, Williams, Mapapalangi, Thompson, Harrison, White, J.Ford, M.Smith & Kyle Eastmond.

I think Wells had a back spasm so might be rested, Thacker must be still injured from the Prem 7s.
tigers usually go to 23 man squads for the 2nd and 3rd preseason game

I largely agree with jgriffin's assessment of the match, one or two players have are possibly a bit short of training and certainly all training has been in dry conditions and we played ok in the wet on an artificial surface. Good performance by many youngsters and some certainly staked a claim for a bench spot early in the season.

Seeing the fact Macken (somewhat disappointingly) isn't receiving rave reviews, perhaps moving Olowofela to 13 and Worth to 15 is worth a go (unless they want to persist with Worth at 12, in which case put the exciting Harry Simmons at 15?). :smt001

Possibly Eastmond at 12, Olowofela at 13 and Worth at fullback?
