Even if it was recent, he's back "home", Scarlets got to the Pro14 final and Champions Cup semi, his playing time will be "managed", he's in Gatland's plans and is eligible for Wales in the run-up to the World Cup. All Tigers can offer is more money (maybe). Can't really see any reason why he would come here at this time.
