So I'm on my holidays making sandcastles on Exmouth Beach
And who rocks up but the Exeter Chiefs looked like their academy and development squad -practising scrums on the beach and hit bags
Then the rest of the squad turned up - making the most of the summer but clearly bonding.
It wasn't a photo shoot there weren't any cameras - it just looked like they were bonding in the afternoon in the sun doing that little bit more......
Could this be the secret of the Chiefs Success proper squad integration!!!

Natural bonding across the teams
Does Leicester needs a beach - I spent my entire childhood wishing we were closer to the sea so it's a big yes for me

There’s always Skegness, but in the last two seasons the entire Leicester squad (both development and senior) go to the Aqua Park at Rutland Water. I’m not sure if they’re going this year though.

The Rutland Water events each year look a good laugh but there definitely planned - this seemed more of a throw the pads in the back and were off
As for Skeggy it's still nearly a 100 miles away
