1 Henri Lavin
2 Tommy Reffell
3 Thom Smith
4 Taylor Gough
5 Harry Simmons
6 Fionn Higgins
7 Charlie Thacker
8 Mike Adlard
9 Sam Aspland-Robinson
10 Jonah Holmes
11 George Worth
12 Phil Woodhead
I like the look of that team, a couple of 7's guys in there with Development players making up the rest + Holmes who should be pushing Thompstone for a starting XV shirt

Looks like we are taking the tournament really seriously this year, with a good mixture of experience and youth. Looking forward to seeing them perform.

Surprised there’s no Olowofela but maybe the U20s are being rested. Strong looking team though, hoping we’ll do well! Some speedsters in there who should score some tries.

It would make sense considering that they have only just returned from holiday.

How sad! Couldn't even put a Newcastle team away who had just played!

Yeah but the Falcons take 7s more seriously than we do.

Thought we did pretty well considering we only have 1 7's specialist and no specific 7's coaching

Does Murphy do it? Did he get us to the final first season he took over?

He said himself that he was surprised we did half as well as we did that year, from what I've heard Tigers did 1 week training for this but it sounded pretty light

As a completely separate point I'd love to see Ben Ryan involved at Tigers in some capacity if/when MOC goes
