Gotta say if Diamond was such to work for then their must be something else alluring about Sale. And I can't see what that would be!

"Alluring about Sale" Manchester a vibrant place to live unlike Leicester and probably paying higher salaries than we can.
Re: Transfers & Rumours Non-Tigers 2018-19
We're richer than Sale, aren't we? . I'd imagine having a World Player of the Year Nominee helps too.

Regardless of what he says and does apparently Dimes is supposed to be brilliant to play for.

I don't know about brilliant to play for I have heard enough from some Sale players to think he isn't a great coach.
What he is, is a great business man and a lot more ahead of the times than our backroom staff.
He has nearly £2,000,000 in cap to do with what he wants I mean it's not hard to be alluring with that kind of cash.
he is the first DOR in prem rugby to lock a lot of his players to 4/5 year contracts which short term cost more but generally saves in the long run, granted the added risk of loss of form and injuries don't help. But the likes of Genge and Evans under Diamonds would've been signed to 5 year deals long ago.
Also from an agent POV you don't have to have gone to the Ari Gold school of agency to figure that more money for longer contract = .
Tigers have to be a lot more shrewd with signings.
We are looking at marquee forwards so if we where to sign a Marquee forward say PSTD for example , would it be in the best of interest cap wise to spend a chunk on two players like the Du Preez twins on more than say Sale are offering? 1 of them sure but do they want to go to separate clubs? whereas Sale could prob afford to get PSTD and both twins (should they want to).

Alun Wyn Jones (33) is out of contract later this year and has meetings in the next month to decide his future after the 2019 World Cup. Japan? France? Premiership?
Happy days clearing straw from the pitch before the Baa-Baas games! KBO

Dillane on the move from Connacht apparently. Rumoured to Racing.
If Kitch, Fitz and Williams are all on the move then he'd be a good addition. If Green and a marquee lock are lined up then Dillane wouldn't be necessary. If the big tent is being eyed up by a back row then Tigers could do a lot worse than Green, Dillane, Spencer and Wells with Lewis, Martin and Jordan coming through.

Clifford linked to Exeter by Insideline.
Would add weight to Evans to Quins.

I’ve stopped following him as he chats so much rubbish. I would imagine with O’Connor leaving for Japan, Evans will stay to fight for the starting shirt.
Only reason he hasn’t played much recently is through illness and injury, when he’s fit he’s normally playing for us.
