I don't think that was a rule, it was just advised that it should be used that way
OK, thanks. Guess there will always be some clubs that 'need' to spend it on players!

Don't be silly, we do not need him when we have just re-signed Manu :smt002

I wish Manu could boast even half the numbers Naholo can. Games played per season mainly.

Don't quite get the manu comparison.
Different positions, 1 takes up no cap space the other would take up like 400,000+

Well yes when you look at the squad on the whole you can see why they have so much cap space.

Although the rumoured 800,000 for Coleman is quite a bit

There's gonna be some serious collisions in the prem next year with the addition of Levanini, Coleman and De Jager

Marcelo Bosch off to play for Burton next season. Quite a step down. Friendship with the Burton Director of Rugby must be the main reason behind this.

Interesting! I wonder how that works financially as his current wages must be way more than Burton's entire operating budget.

I was thinking the same. Does the average player even get played at that level? I know a few players a tier or two down who don't.

I imagine it may not go down to well with a few of the current squad.

They shouldn’t get paid as they are amateur clubs.
