Wasps sign Sione Vailanu from Sarries.
Direct replacement for Nathan Hughes, I imagine.
To be fair Wasps have made some good signings for next season. Will still have a really good team. Wouldn’t have minded him at Tigers when he originally signed for Sarries. Strong carrier but didn’t get much gametime for them.
Have to question why we didn’t take a punt on him for next season. With Denton our with injury and liable to international call ups, could have been a good addition.

I can't believe anyone takes any notice of others who spread rumours rather than getting a proper job!

Au contraire, you highlight just how far fetched these rumours can be for attention!
I suspect the struggle isn't separating Tongans but more the ability to do a proper days work!

If true that could have interesting implications for recruitment, but also thinking longer term, for retention as would surely help hang onto Holmes (and Reffell)...?
