0-21 after 12 minutes. Defence completely non-existent.

Chris Robshaw is putting in now the worst defensive performances I have ever seen from an England player. He has missed two tackles on Radradra, who I admit is a huge ball carrier but Robshaw is usually commended for his defensive consistency and that's one of the reasons he is still in the squad.

After today I don't believe her should be selected again for England.

Granted, it's very much a weakened side England have out but they really do have to step up their defence levels massively. Way too narrow and anonymous at the breakdown- albeit against an excellent Baa Baas back row.

That would excite a few people....

But he's already on his way to Bordeaux I believe

Well that was enjoyable and played in the true Barbarian spirit but the officiating was appalling
Yes I know they tend to go easy in these games but at least three Barbarians trys were from forward passes and
they gained heaps of possession from blatant off-side positions.

OK, nothing it was a fun game with nothing at stake but you either play to rules, (all of them) or don't bother.

Smudge, Big Dai, you must be a barrel of laughs, surely you can relax the laws in a game when the Ba Bas play to entertain the crowd in what is an end of season game for the players on both sides to enjoy and express themselves. Humbug😩

Bad news for England, but great news for Barbarians, their relevance has been rescued with a thoroughly entertaining performance. Pat Lam is obviously a very good coach, to be honest it’s hard to see Bristol getting relegated next season.

I could see the next England coaching job being between Lam or Baxter

Pat Lam England coach. :smt005
The Barbarians management put together a very impressive squad for this match, the result was predictable as many of England's best players were playing yesterday.
I thought England's depth and quite a few England regulars were very exposed without those Sarries players, not a huge surprise but the score was, 63 points is a lot for England to concede at home.

Was Trinder injured or was his substitution tactical?

I agree with this. It's nothing to do with being a barrel of laughs. As one poster eloquently put it. It's an exhibition game, so show your skills within the laws? Has the intellect of the average rugby spectator dropped so low that all they want to see is an uncoordinated game of pass the handbag (in any direction), punctuated by big (illegal) hits?
Next some one playing wendyball will pick up the pill and run with it, in the name of entertaining the crowd?

Just found out in Merc that he suffered a concussion and Daly moved to 13 with Cipriani moving from the bench to play at 15, such a shame I was really hoping he would cement an England place on the tour.
