CONGRATULATIONS (to other teams)

Post by jgriffin »

Well done Glaws and Falcons, especially Glaws away to Connacht and featuring several ex-Tigers.
Leicester Tigers 1995-
Nottingham 1995-2000
Swansea (Whites) 1988-95
A game played on grass in the open air by teams of XV.

Some would say a little lucky with the Zebo tip into touch, very Nigel type decision.

My money would be on an all Irish final in Bilbao

Enjoyed the game a lot. Poite is a really good ref. Glad to see he doesn't mess with backchat and time wasting, I wish more refs did the same. Well done Glaws, the shed must be very happy?

Well done Munster but definitely had the rub of the green with Zebo. Be interesting to know what Owens thought he was legally trying to accomplish with just one hand??
Is there a ref in the game who would have made a gutsy penalty try and yellow card 3mins into the game with that Munster crowd.
Conway try was sheer brilliance and Mahoney was awesome in the line-out.

Nigel should get freedom of Cork or Limerick for services to Munster Rugby. Nowhere as problematic as that 41-phase move that allowed them to beat Saints a few years ago, that some of us watched and counted the ignored offences in, but different refs, different strokes.....

I thought that was a very good win for Gloucester away at Connacht.
Gloucester versus Falcons in the Challenge Cup semi-final at Kingsholm.
The two qualifiers from Leicester's group meeting again in the Champions Cup semi-finals.
