As Rob Hawkns will attest it should have been a lifetime ban 6 years ago. :smt026

We are a very good crowd and rarely boo at a player but you know our feelings about Calum Clark when we walks on the field for Northampton and now Saracens

Well normally I'd agree, but having spoken to Rob Hawkins after he left Tigers, I'd welcome this as a career ending injury for CC. He's an out and out thug who shouldn't be playing.

Wouldn't wish any injury - serious or not - on any player.

Clark should have received a life ban and a criminal charge.

That's that.

I detest him as a player. Wish he had been banned for life. Or better had a session with Johnno and Backy. I did chuckle when one rugby journalist indicated they thought he would be signing of the season. Thankfully he hasn't been.

I totally agree that Callum Clark should have had a lifetime ban on him after the Hawkins incident and when he twice showed no remorse for first punching and then head butting whilst selected for
England v New Zealand for which he was belatedly red carded and went off smiling , all innocent as if nothing had happened in either event.
One hopes in this day of World Rugby regulations, TMO's and Citing Officers these events are long out of the game. For those unsure of Callum Clark just watch the England clip again. :smt013
