Vesty leaves Worcester

Vesty being replaced at Worcester as backs/skills coach, could we find a place for him back at Tigers ?

Would be great to have him back but suspect the Saints rumour is true.

Potentially, I think Boyd might bring somebody from NZ or just do attack coaching himself though

Saw that Mallinder isn't taking the Cardiff position so maybe Murphy going there is back on the cards? Vesty could replace Murphy. Maybe Vesty might fancy the job for himself.

Maybe the big hug he gave Tom Youngs after the Wuss game is a sign?

Vesty for Murphy? Yes please! Don't Murphy and MOC have history anyway?

Fair enough I hadn't seen that, a sensible way to do things too when you look at the last few NZ coaches with no prem experience

Now part of the Saints staff (confirmed on the Beeb site). Shame as he's Tigers through and through and a very talented young coach.
I saw Marika Vunibaka play

Vesty for Murphy? No way, you have to be kidding. I see Geordan Murphy as our long term solution to our coaching problem but do recognise in the short term he may have to depart elsewhere to obtain the necessary experience in being a director of Rugby, Geordan is very much a Leicester man in terms of his family commitments and playing and coaching experience so why would he want to move? :smt026

Why do people always want old players back as coaches? Sentiment just doesn’t do it.

Vesty is certainly no better as a defence coach than whom we already have!

I think Vesty is attack/backs coach. Hogg (who is also leaving) is the defence coach.
