Re: Wuss vs Tigers
Yes - 5 points - very welcome but...
If Manu is going to continue his 'glory-seeking' by falling over the line in the middle of a ruck and if Bateman is planning to persist with this ridiculous habit of sidestepping half the opposition team from 22m out - can they please swap positions/jerseys?!

Re: Wuss vs Tigers
Greg Bateman looked good in his little cameo at scrum half for twenty seconds. The man can play anywhere.
Re: Wuss vs Tigers
We get 3 weeks off now for AWC, so I doubt the concussion from O’Connor and the hamstring strain from Holmes should be patched up by then

Up to 5th in the table on 47 points
3 points behind Falcons and we have them to play at home.
2 points clear of Bath with them to play at Twickenham
4 points clear of Sale with them to play at their place.
1 point ahead of Glaws - not playing them again
It would appear our fate is back in our own hands

Great win! But Eddie can keep Ford ;)
Re: Wuss vs Tigers
There is definitely a big decision looming for MoC as to who plays 10 when the 6 Nations are over, George Ford is a top class player but it's hard to deny that Tigers look a much more potent force with Toomua @ FHGreat win! But Eddie can keep Ford ;)

I take your point but I'd rather have Ford/Toomua than Toomua/Tait. Mat struggled today - good man to have on the bench but not starting.

Ford/Toomua/Tuilagi for me.

Re: Wuss vs Tigers
Toomua is getting quick front foot ball, Ford, given the same is fantastic
Re: Wuss vs Tigers
1 Bateman - MOTM unstoppable at the moment, got to be Premiership Player of the Month too 9/10
2 OTY - One nice offload can’t save an overall average performance from the skipper 6/10
3 Mulipola - Nice hands and carried the ball a few times. Wonder if he’s going to get cited for the tackle on Baldwin? 6.5/10
4 Fitzgerald - Quite robust performance, did a lot of hard graft. 7/10.
5 Kitchener - Made a few handling errors but was really good in the air. 6.5/10
6 Williams - Looked decent before he was injured. 6.5/10
7 O’Connor - Worked hard in all areas of the game. 7/10
8 Kalamafoni - Carried till the cows came home 7/10
9 Harrison - Another good controlling performance, box-kicks may have been just too far ahead though 7/10
10 Toomua - Another great performance from Toomua who always looked a threat ball in hand but I think he needs to work on his place-kicking. 7/10
11 Holmes - Gathering an impressive strike-rate and was very good defensively which unfortunately lead him to be injured (:censored plastic pitches). 7/10.
12 Tait - Wasn’t as assured as last week and got caught out. I think Worth should start next game. 5/10
13 Tuilagi - Quiet 1st half but in the 2nd half made a lot of meters ball in hand and deserved his try. 7.5/10
14 Thompstone - Came off his wing to work a lot and made a few good carries, but was penalised for a mid-timed grab tackle in the air. 7/10
15 - Veainu - I think Veainu tends to have a stormer every Worcester game to be honest, his footwork and pace in the lead up to Tiger’s first try was scintillating, his collection of Toomua’s chip was niche and his chap and gather for his 2nd was class. 8.5/10 I wonder though was he in dead play when he ground the ball.
16 TPN - Should be starting, nice offload to Tuilagi in the build-up to the final try, carried well and good in the lineout. 6.5/10
17 Rizzo - Better than last week, overshadowed by the legend he was replacing. 6/10
18 Cilliers - Unfairly penalised for not rolling away when being held in by Wuss, good all-round stuff from the Saffa. 6/10
19 Wells - Carried with some umph, hope Bakewell convinces O’Connor to start the bloke. 6.5/10
20 Hamilton - Will probably start against the Pests, got through a lot of work and disrupted the breakdown. 7/10
21 Simmons - Actually hopes he starts soon, good injection of pace around the park but box-kicking too long in my opinion. 6/10.
22 Joe Ford - N/A
23 Nick Malouf - Came on for Holmes and looked a threat. Made a turnover and filled in at 7 when O’Connor left the field. 7.5/10
