The Eggchasers Podcast is reporting the players were called into a meeting at 8:30 this morning with the expectation there would be coaching changes. Apparently it was Peter Tom running the meeting not O'Connor or Cohen.
Has anyone heard anything?
What's going on?

Re: What's going on?
I'm afraid that an ill-judged comment by someone supposedly 'in the know' after the match was coupled with the usual nonsense from RugbyInsideLine - a rugby troll imho. Cohen was going - and Glynn - and O'Connor - in fact, all the coaches except Stanko - actually, Stanko as well - and Dom Barrow had had a training ground punch-up with Cole...or Youngs...and was leaving to join Sale this week!
The net result was that facebook went into meltdown with departures considered 'imminent' - certainly by yesterday evening - or by first thing this morning - then by lunchtime - then by (you get the picture!)
This morning it turned out that the Chairman was going and May was considering a significant move - but that turned out to be the Conservatives!
So - hope that's cleared things up for you!
Oh sorry....how much is true? No idea!

Faceplant!
Have seen players parents comment on it, trying to whip up a crowd, which I thought extremely inappropriate!

Re: What's going on?
Seems even Tigers fans can be overtaken by mass hysteria brought on by too much use of social media without engaging brain. Would never happen on this forum though would it?

Re: What's going on?
It's frightening how this hysteria gains momentum and credence. The Ben Youngs story - leaving for Bristol - was started by RugbyInsideLine spouting his usual malicious drivel. Lazy journalism by those who can't be bothered to do their own research ends up with the Bristol Post lending credibility to the 'story'.

Simon Cohen responds on Twitter, saying: "Huge respect for what Bristol rugby are achieving but you’re not having @benyoungs09!" That's fine but, next time another daft rumour circulates which he doesn't deny, the whole sorry fiasco starts again.....
