Better bump this up there early this season. :smt009
Nowadays referees decide matches, players by how much.

The ? needs to be a !
No, not that one!

Remember, whatever you do to the smallest of the backs you do to his prop, and you can't avoid the rucks and mauls forever...

I know you don't like it when I boo him but how else will he know he's wrong?

Indeed, we have the players, no excuses there. So it's more obvious than ever where the problem lies.

Sack Glynn, Cohen and MOC.

Try and bring in Graham Henry he always seems to like doing a temp fix it job.
Promote Murphy to temp head coach might as well see what he can actually do. (Who knows he might be like Leo Cullen with a chance).
Look for a top coach to come after Rugby World cup to either be a DOR or if Murphy does pants HC allow him full reign of the playing squad. (Maybe find someone with contacts outside of Tonga....)

Cohen and Gylnn to be sacked?

Just thought I should but this out here, since I don't think the blame can be MOC solely.

Cohen is the money man, why sack him? And FGS Smurf is Skills coach.....what skills have we seen over 3 seasons? Leave Bakewell, bring in AA or any decent backs coach, get a defence coach and give MOC, GG and Smurf their cards :smt013

I'm conflicted about sackings at this point in time, on the one hand I can easily see the justification in sacking MOC and Glynn especially, on the other who do we replace them with?

We got ourselves into this trouble with trigger happy sacking and weak management recruitment (Glynn/Mauger/MOC) and i'd hate to see it get any worse, if that's even possible

Get worse? You could call in a Div 1 coaching team and it would improve.

Cohen hasn't exactly been slamming it out of the park though.
AND he is on the "Rugby Committee" with a big say on back room stuff.
TBF to Smurph when we have a semi decent A team and AWC team, With someone like Henry overseeing stuff it should at least give us an idea.

How many decent backs coaches are about though? and I quite like Anthony to keep working with the academy this season as a good stream of players potentially coming in would be better for the long term than stopping that potentially for a short term fixs.

I'm sure you could but we thought we were getting an improvement with Mauger and it didn't happen, all I'm saying is I'm not opposed to sackings but there has to be quality appointments this time rather than the scattershot we've had since MOC left 1st time around
