All this moaning doesn't help - we've got to be more proactive.

There's a BA flight (one-way, obviously) from Heathrow to Sydney on Monday for £1929. If we have a bit of a whip-round.........

But I ask this, who takes over? Murphy isn't ready IMO, new coach to be announce next week, likely a forwards coach
Likely Bakewell.

I mean Sack Glynn first look to bring to oversee things Henry like to Consult so would be a good shout. Mean time look for a candidates to take over things properly next season.

Goodness no, I wouldn't pay that much, Easy Jet, Ryanair, Wizz, that's all, let him pay his own fare.

Who would replace him, Anyone could do a better job, we could probably get by without one!

Matt O'Connor after the loss to Gloucs:

"If you look at that result in isolation, it's not the end of the world."

That remark alone deserves the sack.

A better performance this week and a step in the right direction.....next weeks game will decide how far Tigers can get this season....teams above are going to drop points when they play each other and Tigers may get some advantage...big task but not out impossible at this moment in time

Agreed but it will not happen the Board will never admit they have stuffed up big time in signing MOC so we must continue to suffer the unsufferable. How far the our great club has fallen and it's now well and truly in free for all!

Relegation is not a possibility so no danger there....European Cup appears to be teh main target....if Tigers do not finish top 6/7,then there may be changes.

May be ? Therein lies the problem Tigers are now more than happy to accept what was once totally unacceptable!

Dont believe that it is being taken as acceptable, but given the current state of play the original target may be out of reach and the targets amended.

It already has been taken as acceptable, as this season is worse than when both Cockers and then Mauger were in charge and they got sacked for less. The appointment of MOC and very poor player recruitment and retention have resulted in our demise. The board are paralyzed by their own ineptitude and us supporters must persevere and continue to witness yet more seasons of meagre gruel on the pitch.

A man of honour would resign.

But really who is better & would want the job or is available? We missed the boat 12 months ago & before that, Blackadder or Rennie would of been top of my list, now it doesn't look an appealing job. Scot Robertson of the Crusaders maybe, might help his long term prospects.

Don't forget Mike Ford is without a job....

Tigers are where they are and havebto deal with the situation with the current players......a new coach this season is not the answer.....judge it at the end of the season.....

I'm afraid that's not how objectives work, the start of season targets must still stand. If Tigers fail to meet them then someone has too answer for it.

There are many examples of good coaches/managers turning average players into great teams where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. I would suggest that MOC is an example of the converse. There is no evidence to suggest he is capable of turning the situation around so lets deal with that reality.
