Re: MOC to be sacked?

The Cordero deal not happening confirmed my opinion that Leicester's biggest issue is in recruitment!
What must MOC have been thinking seeing young Umaga play so well for Wasps last weekend, I mean add him to Simmonds and my word what a future this place could've had, potentially the most talented half back combination in European rugby!
I know who needs showing the exit ASAP, and it is not MOC!

I think people are over-rating Umaga (unlike Simmons, or indeed White), anyway he didn't leave for anything but the ££££, which means he would have left for ££££ not stayed for £££ and loyalty. I do agree that recruitment across the board is an issue, and not down to MOC, although I detect his finger in the pie with some buys like Ryan (who I just don't get), and I have posted elsewhere how we are financially managed well outside the playing area.
FWIW I guess MOC will stay, but it doesn't fill me with wild dreams of technical excellence. As far as the guts go, I feel that it left with Cockers, as do some who didn't even like him.
Wherever BillW is, I'm sure his shade is murmuring KEEP THE FAITH.

PS I don't agree with Ellis about Fazlet. :smt003

I wonder now if the rumour about Vesty is more likely to be true after I read this : Rory Duncan will take over as Worcester Warriors head coach from next season, sealing a reunion with the club's director of rugby Alan Solomons.
Hehehehehehehehe

It is a sad state I know but seeing the youngsters he has brought in such as Taylor and through such as Willis I would tend to agree with whatever Dai Young's level of judgement is!
Time will tell and I suspect it's the ones that few yet know about who will really make the difference!

Have kept my powder dry on this subject but here we go....
MOC should not of got the job, we weren't great when he was here before. (Tbh we have been average since PH left) but if we sack him now its back to square one again, if we make top 6 it would be unlikely he will go, with a better coaching team around him there is a chance we could do ok.
We are not that far off really, just needs better coaching & selection.
To win is not as important as playing with style!

Well Leo Cullen sorted out the Leinster mess, maybe he would be kind enough to sort out this one too?

MOC states his case?
And they call us whigning POMs? How ironic!

Has MoC got anything useful to say?

Yes fine but you seek to restrict what people post in case you (playing judge and jury) find it repetitive? :smt018

His reign has been nothing short of disastrous so far. I'm amazed he's lasted this long. The coaching at Tigers must be just about the poorest in the AP right now.

Has to be sacked now along with Glynn.
We are 9 points from 4th and are in a fight for 6th place with Falcons, Sale and Quins.

BOD better be ringing some numbers.

10 losses in 12 games. The two wins against Cardiff 3rds and a lucky win over London Irish. How the hell is he still in post? That's a truly pathetic record.

Has to go now, its abysmal viewing. Feel sorry for those who wasted a fortune watching such drivel.

I'm not against sacking MoC, but them I am a football fan so I look at it as just part of the game if you're not getting results.

But I ask this, who takes over? Murphy isn't ready IMO, new coach to be announce next week, likely a forwards coach
