Can it get any worse? Yes.
Given the way results are going tonight we could be 9th on Sunday night.
Leicester Tigers 1995-
Nottingham 1995-2000
Swansea (Whites) 1988-95
A game played on grass in the open air by teams of XV.

Re: Can it get any worse? Yes.
We ended the first half of the season in 6th (Europe)...5 points off 4th (Play-offs). That's perhaps a better reflection than looking at our position late Sunday after we've just played away at the Champions and clear leaders.
Happy days clearing straw from the pitch before the Baa-Baas games! KBO

Agreed, BUT I am beginning to see top 6 as the only ambition left even if we put a couple of wins together.

Lets see after we beat Exeter tomorrow.
I'm not cynical just experienced
Re: Can it get any worse? Yes.
There are a lot of twists and turns to come in the second half of the season....other teams above will be taking points off each other....a win at Saracens may be possible during the Six nations as with the game against Quins....the away game at Worcester is a big one without the England players...time will tell!

Re: Can it get any worse? Yes.
Saints defending is so poor!
Easy pickings for Quins so far, no doubt Smith and Co will claim to be world beaters off a stroll but Leicester had them well beaten on their patch.
If Leicester play more like they did against Quins they'll climb up the table in my opinion, if!

Re: Can it get any worse? Yes.
Need to pick up some away wins, but have three difficult away games during the Six Nations period.
Re: Can it get any worse? Yes.
We are already 9th! According to my stats, based on results in all 3 competitions, this season is very likely to be Tigers worst season since 2005 at least.
Nowadays referees decide matches, players by how much.
Re: Can it get any worse? Yes.
But win tomorrow and we could be 4th - have faith in Santa
Hehehehehehehehe
Re: Can it get any worse? Yes.
Bit late to have faith in Santa, should be the 3 Wise Men at this stage of Christmas

5th but the point does stand. The league is massively competitive this year and one win can take you right up the table!
Re: Can it get any worse? Yes.
We were dealt the players cards at the beginning of the season and it looked good on paper....pack was looking to be okay....injuries to O’Connor, Ryan and Fitzgerald has disrupted this and the balance of the backrow has not functioned......The first game against Bath was always going to be difficult with an unknown team playing against a settled Bath side.
A run of 5-6 victories followed and then the results did not fall on our side. Worcester at home, against a settled and confident side having won the previous week, against a team without internationals and injuries was not a surprise....was always going to be difficult.
Wasps, Munster, Saracens were never going to be easy games as results proved.
If you asked me which would be our most difficult games in the league, Saracens, Exeter and Wasps would have been top three.
We have got Wasps to come to Welford Road and Sarries away during the six nations.....it is going to be a long hard season but there will be twists and turns and hopefully results will go away on some weekends...
Here hoping for a good 2018.
Wishing all a very happy and prosperous 2018!
