We need a big dose of calm down at HT. Kitch won't be too far behind Cole going to the bin, despite his great hands for the try.

Just need to get a bit of space in midfield and see if we can test them.

Many of the penalties were absolutely pointless, no chance of significant gain and hand possession and territory to the opposition. Absolutely unprofessional.

Forwards should stop giving away penalties and concentrate on giving the backs some front foot ball.
