The only slight positive might be that he didn’t look in serious pain when he went off

I hope you're right but they're powerful natural painkillers these endorphins. Dislocated and broke my kneecap a few years back playing cricket - sat with a pint watching the rest of the game half an hour after doing it - no pain.

I disagree. I think that Luke putting his hand up to his face just as he reached the tunnel canopy indicated that he was toughing it out.

Really feel for him, he’d done well.

MOC on Luke Hamilton's injury: "It looked really serious and we were pretty concerned but he's pulled up ok. It's quite clear on the scan, nothing significant bone-wise. I think they're gonna monitor him in Scotland this week and we'll see how he goes."
