Fixture clash

Post by ellis9 »

Due to persistent moaning from some people about lack of Saturday 3pm kick offs, meaning the club won't move a none televised match, we now have a fixture clash next week when Tigers play Worcester and England play Samoa meaning we cannot watch both live.

How does that solve watching them both live though?

It’s an England game against a team who they should beat comfortably I don’t see why you think tigers kick off should be moved.
If you are that bothered go to Tigers and avoid the England score

So that those of us who want to watch both matches live, can. Just because England should win the match easily, makes no difference.

Do you really think I'll be able to go to a rugby match without overhearing somebody mention the England score?!

Ellis9 what ever you choose to do I hope you enjoy your afternoons rugby.

What I do suggest you do is get a reality check about fixtures and when they are scheduled

Ellis is right: we should all stop expressing opinions in case any of them, directly or indirectly, impinge on his viewing preferences, or, indeed, his wider life.
Please, can we all show more consideration in future?

I don't need to get a reality check at all. I understand fixtures can be anything from 8pm on Friday to 5pm Sunday. Many people demand games are only at 3pm on Saturday's. They're the ones who need a reality check.

My opening statement was tongue in cheek. So many people have moaned about lack of 3pm Saturday kick offs as it hampers their schedule or makes it a bit more difficult for them so now it affects me I thought I'd have a cheeky moan.

That's exactly how I feel when people moan about lack of 3pm Saturday kick offs.

What about any other games kicking off at the same time too, don't you want to watch them all live too Ellis?
