So we could register Tuohy in place of Fitzgerald. That may explain why Matt O' Connor said re Tuohy in today's Mercury "He knows his way round in really intense physical battles and that will be important for us in the next couple of weeks"trendylfj wrote: ↑Mon Oct 09, 2017 8:06 pm Wouldn't bet on Tempo not being registered at the last minute - they have until 12pm tomorrow to register him.
" Each club may register up to three additional players during the pool stage, each to replace a player previously registered. If a club registers three additional players, one such player must be a front row player. Additional players must have a three-month contract with the club and must not have played for another club in the tournament. Additional player registrations must be submitted by 12 noon (GMT) on the Tuesday before the match. De-registered players may be re-registered (in place of the relevant additional players) during the pool stage."

Re: Racing 92 vs. Tigers
On a completely different note (but fitting in with the same title). I understand there is little in the way of bars etc near the Racing 92 ground. Are there any particular bars that Tigers fans are meeting up on Saturday before the game?

Played in 2013-14 - scored 2 tries, home and away against Perpignan.MrPartridge wrote: ↑Mon Oct 09, 2017 1:44 pmOut of interest.. anyone know. Is this May's first ever 'tier-one' European club match?
Also in 2011-12 - scored 3 tries, 1 against Connacht and 2 against Toulouse.
So he's got a decent record of scoring against French teams.
Re: Racing 92 vs. Tigers
Is Tuohy definitely not registered for Europe? I know he's not named in the published squad but there must be a chance that he'll be added- he mentioned that he'd never played in Paris and was looking forward to the challenge over the next fortnight in his interview after the Irish game

BBC Leicester Sport "Dominic Ryan stood down for 12 weeks following repeated concussions. Tigers still without Graham Kitchener for the start of the Champions Cup. O'Connor, Ben Youngs and Veianu expected to be fit."
Hmmm...no mention of Kalamafoni or Harrison

There is an opportunity for him to be registered replacing an existing name. Possibly Ryan following news on his concussion stand down, as Manu and Fitzgerald could be fit for the Munster double headerLammy wrote: ↑Tue Oct 10, 2017 11:13 am Is Tuohy definitely not registered for Europe? Re: Racing 92 vs. Tigers
I think they need a certain number of days without concussion symptoms. So both could go either way but will prob only know for sure on Friday.

Apparently Kalamafoni said he was fine after the game on Saturday but, of course, he'll need to go through the protocols. Harrison disappeared quite quickly after the match.

Harrison would be very doubtful in my opinion.

We've added lock Dan Tuohy to the squad for the European Champions Cup.
Joe Maksymiw makes way.

Re: Racing 92 vs. Tigers
Tigers must field their strongest available team this Saturday to hopefully send a message that they won;t be no pushovers in Europe this time around. So I expect both Youngs bros to start and Telousa Veianu back at 15. Sad news about Dominic Ryan but perhaps this is the chance to bring Crofty back into the fray.

You mean the same Crofty that’s not fit due to a back injury. Are you related to RolyNoddy555 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 10, 2017 3:41 pm Tigers must field their strongest available team this Saturday to hopefully send a message that they won;t be no pushovers in Europe this time around.
