Agreed also, if we have O’connor at 7 then competing at the breakdown shouldn’t be a problem so Tuohy should definitely start over Wells, despite Wells being in great form.

Tompstone should not go and will not go straight into the team over Malouf.
I rate tompstone but he shouldn’t make the 23 with the current squad in play.
Malouf has been developing each game and what he lacks in experience he makes up with his pace and engine, especially after playing several 80 minute games in a row. The team is now match fit. Tompstone probably only has 60-70 minutes in him. U need wingers to last the 80 otherwise it’s a waste of a sub.
His chance will come, but not in my opinion this weekend.

Tuohy - yes I spelt it correctly! is registered for us on the EPCR website but Harry Wells is still at a slim 80kg 12-8lb where in reality he is normally 120kg 18-13lbs.strawclearer wrote: ↑Thu Oct 12, 2017 4:36 pmYes - as of this week!

Is that really an issue, the weight? Sure it’s an admin error but it’s not worth the hoohaawormus wrote: ↑Thu Oct 12, 2017 11:32 pmTuohy - yes I spelt it correctly! is registered for us on the EPCR website but Harry Wells is still at a slim 80kg 12-8lb where in reality he is normally 120kg 18-13lbs.strawclearer wrote: ↑Thu Oct 12, 2017 4:36 pmYes - as of this week!

Re: Racing 92 vs. Tigers
And, as of yesterday, i.e. too late, the erc site didn’t show Lambie as registered for Racing.
Just checked, still not there. So, Carter to start?

And if he does play we'll just have to beat them with him in the team. It would make victory even sweeter.
Come on you Tigers!
Tigers for the premiership and European Cup. Get behind the team and make some noise!!

Take a look at the above link - ok it's in French, but I'm sure most of you have a smattering of the language to understand it!!
Maybe Noddy could kindly translate for us!!
According to the Rugbyrama website, Pat Lambie will play against Tigers tomorrow as Dan Carter is still not available for selection.
Is this good news for Tigers? Will Lambie have first match nerves? Tigers will no doubt seek to give him a welcoming clatter as soon as possible.
I'm still cautiously optimistic!

So,
1. erc haven't updated their site, or
2. Racing have made an error in registration (timing, understanding etc.), or
3. Racing playing silly beggars to confuse the opposition, or
4. The article is wrong, through error or design
Personally, my preference is for 2.

CHAMPIONS CUP - Pat Lambie is expected to take his first steps with the Ciel et Blanc jersey this Saturday. He is in the group of Racing, which receives Leicester, as part of the first day of Champions Cup. A group in which Dan Carter is not listed.
Does this mean that DC will not feature at all this year?? Would be very surprised not to see him at WR for the return.

Did I mention hatred? I mean, against Racing? Good. Don't forget to hate them.
