He was running dummy lines to create room for Toomua. He's also normally the first one there to ensure we get quick ball on the next phase. All the selfless hardwork that someone had to do.

That may be so. However I notice your stats don't mention the number of tackles he made. As others have inferred his solid and often unsung contributions allow stars like Ford, Toomua and the rest of the backline to shine.

Against Gloucester he was 4 passes, 2 kicks and 10 carriers.

But you know what, we won all three matches.

Stats don't tell you everything.

So the blame is with Toomua for not giving him the ball :smt017

A more damning set of numbers would be 0 passes, 0 kicks and >5 carries

Yes. We have signed Irish international lock Dan Tuhoy (hope I spelt that correctly) on loan from Bristol. Don't think we have signed a back yet.
