No sinkler, instead going with Marler and Williams, I haven't seen much of Williams but I though sinkler was seen as Dan coles long term replacement.
No joseph, instead chosen to take 5 flyhalfs to cover centre Piers is injured and not played yet this season, and lozowski who is second choice to Farrell at his club, surely if your replacing Joseph you take Marchant from quins. Smith I get is there for the experience some Eddie jones does.
As for the other major change I get underhill for Haskell is a straight swap just younger and fitter, and islekwe as cruise has been injured and not playing. I feel a bit for Dan robson at wasps I don't think he could do much more to oust care.

It's only a training squad, the surprises left out could be a sign that they are more of a certainty for selection later on and this lot are competing for a place, who knows!
